So, I bought the sims 4 in the Ypu store ages ago, and I have friends windiws have the same computer as me Windows 10 who have been able to buy, install and play it without an issue.
But when I go into my purhcases it says it doesn't work on my device? Which I know to be BS as I've seen people play it on the exact same computer and people online asking about bugs. When I click on the page of the game, it says I own it, and it says install on devices, but when I click on logitech software windows 10 it says no connected devices available?
This has been annoying me for months honestly, seeing as I'm the only one who can't actually download it. Any advice would be more than helpful, as it wasn't cheap, and I can't even install it.
